Jade Burrowes

Founder & President

Lady Jade is a renowned media personality in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, with two decades of experience at Service Broadcasting’s, K104 fm. Known as “Radio’s Sweetheart,” she’s captured the hearts of listeners in over 75 markets. Her versatility extends to national and regional speaking, hosting, and brand ambassador roles, working with companies like Nike, Lockheed Martin, Footlocker, and more. 

Lady Jade has on-camera experience in acting and modeling. She’s a sought-after keynote speaker, captivating diverse corporate and philanthropic audiences. Entrepreneurially, she owns a media company, JMG, Tomboy University, and is a professional real estate investor and realtor.

Proud of her Dallas roots, Lady Jade supports numerous local charitable initiatives and is a champion for her community. She advocates for youth education, empowerment, and career exposure through her nonprofit, Project 16, which she founded in 2015, offering impactful opportunities and mental health counseling to thousands of underserved DFW teens.

Kristian Rush

Vice President

Kristian Rush, a Dallas, TX native and Skyline High School alumna, embarked on her academic journey at Clark Atlanta University before earning a BA in Mass Media Communications from Stephen F. Austin University. 

With over a decade of experience in corporate America, Kristian has excelled in marketing and communications, specializing in promotions and community engagement. In 2019, fueled by a passion for independence, she took a courageous leap into the world of freelancing. Kristian now lends her expertise to influencers, offering executive assistance and coordinating promotional events. 

Her true joy lies in initiatives that involve both community and children—whenever she’s engaged in such endeavors, Kristian is at her happiest.

Jaye Chase

Secretary

Jaye Chase, a trailblazing serial entrepreneur and advocate for preparedness, leads the charge as the driving force behind the “STAY READY so You NEVER Have to GET READY” Movement. As the founder of Jaye Chase Creative Agency, she pioneers innovative solutions and empowers individuals to stay ahead of the curve. With a rich background as a former corporate executive, Jaye transitioned her expertise into a passionate commitment to philanthropy, firmly believing in the importance of giving back to communities. Her unwavering dedication to both professional excellence and social responsibility sets her apart as a true visionary leader. Through her creative ventures and charitable endeavors, Jaye continues to inspire others to embrace readiness and make a positive impact in the world.

Summer Galvez

Director

Summer Galvez, a proud Dallas local, is an alumna of DeSoto High School and Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA. In addition to her ownership of SG Creative Agency (SGCA), she has managed Executive & Internal Communications for the Client Product Group of Dell Technologies, further enriching her extensive over two-decade expertise in marketing, communications and web design. Located in the heart of Downtown Dallas, SGCA specializes in providing a comprehensive suite of services with a particular focus on the non-profit and faith-based sectors. Summer is also an avid investor and trader in the stock market.

Summer’s influence in the business world is matched by her heart for service. Her dedication to public service is exemplified through her roles as a Founding Director and Vice President of The Wade Smith Foundation, and her board membership at Project 16 since 2019, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to community engagement and youth development.

Kiki Jones

Director

Growing up in Ft. Worth, Texas, Kiki J studied journalism and radio. Her talent and drive quickly made her stand out, earning her a well-deserved reputation. With over 20 years of dedicated service, Kiki J started with KKDA-FM (K104) as an assistant programmer and Dallas’ first female host of the independent and new artist program “Street Swagg Sunday.”

She progressed as an associate producer on Reach Media’s nationally syndicated D.L. Hughley Show in 2018. She spread her talent nationally in addition to continuing to serve the DFW area on air with Radio One’s KBFB-FM, The Beat, strengthening her industry credibility.

In 2016 she lent her talent and knowledge as a freelance pop culture writer for radio stations across the U.S.

KiKi’s impact goes beyond broadcasting by helping disadvantaged youth in 2017 through Lady Jade’s non-profit, Project 16.

David Sykes

Director

With a solid background spanning 14 years in business ownership and more than 25 years in mentoring, David Sykes values the art of listening, fully aware that each child brings a unique voice and a wealth of knowledge to the table. He is keen on sharing his insights to help shape their professional paths. Through his work with Project 16, David is dedicated to nurturing growth and equipping young people with the necessary skills and understanding for a promising future.

The joy he sees in young individuals brings David immense satisfaction. His commitment to nurturing future leaders through Project 16 is fueled by a deep passion to offer enriching experiences that set them on the path to success.
