In this experiential initiative, we’re combining our education and exposure pillars and taking 9th-12th grade students on immersive field trips designed to expand their horizons. This program introduces them to new opportunities and careers, build confidence and teach them life skills that they can carry into adulthood.

“Know Your Rights” Courtroom Visit with Judge Amber Givens
Curious teens stepped into the shoes of legal professionals as they explored the inner workings of the courtroom. They gained valuable insight into the justice system, understanding their rights as citizens. Meeting Judge Amber Givens, a trailblazing figure in the legal world, they were inspired by her journey and empowered to pursue their own aspirations within the legal field.
Teen Etiquette and Fine Dining
Over a meal the popular Truluck’s seafood restaurant in Uptown Dallas, our teens discovered the art of social grace and etiquette, an essential life skill, as they navigated fine dining with confidence. From mastering the use of the right fork to engaging in meaningful conversation, they honed their abilities in an atmosphere of refinement. Cultivating poise and professionalism, participants left equipped to excel in any situation, their newfound skills poised to enhance both personal and professional interactions.
Financial Literacy Workshop and Mansion Tour
Armed with calculators and worksheets, our teens delved into the world of finance, from budgeting to investing, during an immersive experience. They explored a magnificent mansion, where they learned about the value of financial planning and smart decision-making. Equipped with the tools to make informed financial choices, they gained valuable insights to apply throughout their lives.
AT&T Discovery District Tie Dye Workshop
Our teens unleashed their creativity at the AT&T Discovery District, where they engaged in hands-on tie-dye workshops, crafting vibrant designs. They explored the intersection of art, technology, and innovation in a dynamic urban setting, experiencing a blend of creativity and discovery.
